1) FOREWORD

The offer and sale of products on our website shop.zanon.it are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The products purchased on shop.zanon.it are sold directly by Zanon SRL ("ZANON"), headquartered in Italy, via Madonnetta, 30 - 35011 Campodarsego (PD), registered in the Companies' Register of Padua under no. 03572560286; REA number PD-320461 and VAT no. IT 03572560286.

2) TYPE OF CUSTOMER

Zanon SRL sells to individuals and legal persons.
Natural persons: legal capacity to act and legal age of majority (18 years) are required to validly conclude the contract.

3) GUARANTEES AND PRICES OF PRODUCTS

The purchase of material through the site shop.zanon.it, implies full acceptance of the warranty conditions provided by the manufacturer, which may be independent of the will of ZANON. The customer, therefore, is aware that the purchased goods will be guaranteed by the manufacturer and under the conditions provided by the same.
The prices of the products indicated on the site are VAT included, while they do not include shipping costs and any additional taxes or duties due, which the Buyer agrees to pay in addition to the price indicated on the site.

4) DISCOUNT COUPONS

Discount coupons are personalized codes that allow you to take advantage of a discount on purchases made on shop.zanon.it.
If you have a discount code, enter it in the "Do you have a discount voucher?" field and click on "Get Discount"; the price of the discounted item will appear immediately. The discount applies to product prices and not to shipping costs. Some items (such as those already on promotion) are not subject to discount.

5) SHIPPING COSTS & TIMES

Costs
Shipping costs are charged to the Customer and are specified during the checkout process, before the order is concluded. These charges are calculated automatically based on the weight of the order and the country of destination.

Delivery times
GLS is generally used for delivery of purchased products. The delivery time of the goods varies from 2 to 9 working days from the email confirmation of shipment.

6) PAYMENTS

Z-Shop allows you to choose from several payment methods: PayPal (credit or prepaid card) or credit card. Please note: the payment methods accepted may vary depending on the nationality of the buyer.

PayPal: completely secure and free credit card payment service. If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal page to finalize your payment. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user information in your account and make the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then make the payment.

Credit card: to use it, you need the following information: Cardholder's first and last name, credit card number, expiration date, and CVC number, which can be found on the back of the card. Once all the information has been entered and checked, you can place your order. Credit card payment to ZANON SRL is secured with a 3D and CVC check, so it is protected from fraud attempts and 100% traceable at all times.

 

7) HOW TO CONCLUDE THE CONTRACT WITH ZANON

To conclude the contract for the purchase of one or more products on shop.zanon.it, you must complete the order form in electronic format and transmit it to the Seller, electronically, following the relevant instructions. Before transmitting the order form, you will also be asked to identify and correct any data entry errors. The contract is concluded when the Seller receives, electronically, your order form. Once the contract is concluded, Zanon SRL will take charge of your purchase order. If the products presented on shop.zanon.it, are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or the submission of the order form, it will be the responsibility of the Seller to notify you, promptly and in any event within thirty (30) days from the day following the day on which you have transmitted your order to the Seller, the possible unavailability of the products ordered. If you submit your order form and pay the price, the Seller will refund what you have already paid in advance. In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not acted on your purchase order specifying the reasons. By transmitting the order form electronically, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe, in your dealings with the Seller, these General Conditions of Sale.

 

8) ORDER CONFIRMATION

Each order received will be confirmed to the Customer by e-mail. You can check the status of your order at any time in the "My Data" section. Eventually, you have 24 hours to cancel your order. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming that it has been shipped.

 

9) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The sales of products via the Internet are governed by the law D.Lgs n. 185 of 22/05/1999 which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. made outside business premises. This legislation sanctions the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the expense incurred. The customer has the right to withdraw, without penalty and without having to specify the reason, no later than 10 working days after delivery (the date of delivery shown on the courier's waybill shall be considered the date of delivery). The right of withdrawal is exercised within the deadline by sending a registered letter with return receipt and all the purchased goods to the following address: Zanon SRL, via Madonnetta, 30 - 35011 Campodarsego (PD) Italy.

However, the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- the purchased goods must be intact and returned in the original packaging and will be inspected upon its return. We reserve the right to refuse the return of products if they are damaged;
- in accordance with the law, shipping costs related to the return of the good shall be borne by the customer. Zanon SRL will refund the customer the amount already paid, in the shortest time possible and in any case within 30 days of the request for withdrawal, through the procedure of reversal of the amount charged.
We do not assume responsibility for any loss during transport of the returned items.

Size exchange
If you ordered the wrong size and want to replace it with another size, you must return the product within 5 working days with the original packaging by notifying Zanon SRL (shop@zanon.it). Shipping costs related to the return of the item are the responsibility of the Customer.

Withdrawal of the supplier
Zanon SRL, if it finds itself unable to fulfill the requested order due to the unavailability, even temporary, of the ordered product, has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 30 days from the date of the order by providing the customer with a simple reasoned notice, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 2 D. Lgs. 185/99. In this case, the customer will be entitled only to a refund of any amount already paid.

10) PRIVACY AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

You will be able to obtain information on how we process your personal data by accessing the Legal and Privacy Notices section.

11) APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. The Parties agree that the application to this contract of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of: a) the Court of the Buyer's place of residence or domicile, if a "consumer" under current law; b) exclusively the Court of Padua, Italy, in any other case. For anything not expressly provided for herein, the provisions of the law in force in the Italian legal system shall apply and in particular, for consumers, the provisions of Section II, Chapter I, Title III of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
