Legal Guarantee of Conformity
All products sold on the site are covered by the Legal Guarantee of Conformity provided by art. 128-135 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 ("Consumer Code").
The Legal Warranty is reserved for consumers. Therefore, it applies only to users who have made a purchase on the site for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out.
In case of receipt of defective products or otherwise not in accordance with the orders placed, the Customer has the right to restore the conformity of the product without charge by repair or replacement. The Customer may exercise this right if the defect becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the goods and reports the defect to Zanon SRL within two months of discovery.
In case of a conformity defect duly reported within the terms, the user is entitled:
The replacement product will be shipped to the Customer by courier without additional shipping charges.
In the event that a product purchased on http://shop.zanon.it during the period of validity of the Legal Warranty, manifests what may be a conformity defect, the user may contact Customer Service. Customer Service will promptly respond to the communication, indicating to the user what next steps he/she should take.
The Product with respect to which the user complains of a lack of conformity must be sent to Zanon SRL, which will verify the existence or otherwise of the defect complained of, at the following address: shop@zanon.it.
Zanon SRL, in case of defective or non-conforming product, will, at its own expense, arrange the withdrawal of the product, consistent with the availability of the Customer.
Zanon SRL reserves the right to ask you to enclose with your request the purchase invoice and / or delivery note or other document proving the date.

- in the main, to repair or replacement of the good free of charge, at his choice, unless the remedy requested is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other;
- in the alternative, (i.e. where replacement is impossible or excessively costly or replacement has not been performed within a reasonable time or previously performed replacement has caused significant inconvenience to the consumer) price reduction or termination of the contract, at your option.
