Refund policy

Sales of products via the Internet are governed by law D.Lgs n. 185 of 22/05/1999, which regulates the matter of distance contracts, that is, made outside business premises. This legislation enshrines the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the expense incurred. The customer has the right to withdraw, without penalty and without having to specify the reason, no later than 10 working days after delivery (the date of delivery shown on the courier's waybill shall be considered the date of delivery). The right of withdrawal is exercised within the deadline by sending a registered letter with return receipt and all the purchased goods to the following address: Zanon SRL, via Madonnetta, 30 - 35011 Campodarsego (PD) Italy.

However, the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- the purchased goods must be intact and returned in the original packaging and will be inspected upon its return. We reserve the right to refuse the return of products if they are damaged;
- in accordance with the law, shipping costs related to the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer. Zanon SRL will refund the customer the amount already paid, in the shortest time possible and in any case within 30 days of the request for withdrawal, by means of a reversal procedure of the amount charged.
We do not assume responsibility for any loss during transport of the returned items.

Size exchange
If you ordered the wrong size and want to replace it with another size, you must return the product within 5 working days with the original packaging by notifying Zanon SRL (shop@zanon.it). Shipping costs related to the return of the item are the responsibility of the Customer.

Supplier withdrawal
Zanon SRL, if it finds itself unable to fulfill the requested order due to the unavailability, even temporary, of the ordered product, has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 30 days from the date of the order by providing the customer with a simple reasoned notice, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 2 D. Lgs. 185/99. In this case, the customer will be entitled only to a refund of any amount already paid.
